For the rest of the long weekend, enjoy our signature Osteria menu, supplemented with a selection of Mare-inspired dishes, showcasing the best of locally sourced seafood with a nod to the Italian coast. Enjoy the freshness of Tasmanian Ocean Trout, a decadent Bacalla risotto and much more.
