Join prolific winemaker Guy Lyons for a four-course dinner at State Cellars Wine Room, paired with award-winning wines from the pioneering vineyard that established Western Australia’s Great Southern. Recently recognised as a finalist for Winery of the Year in the 2027 Halliday Wine Companion Awards, the vineyard crafts wines from original dry-grown vines planted in 1965, offering a direct connection to over 60 years of cool-climate excellence.

Each course is thoughtfully matched to considered wines as Guy shares the stories and philosophy behind them.
